BOOKING CONDITIONS

Use the availability search engine to find your stay at Riad Zhor.

Confirmation of your choice:

Once you have made your choice, you will need to pay the corresponding amount using the secure online 3DS payment interface.

We will then send you an email confirming receipt of your request and payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– If we are unable to confirm your reservation due to reasons internal to Riad Zhor:
you will receive a full refund and we will contact you to offer a new search.

– If you wish to cancel this reservation, please contact us to let us know:

– More than 30 days before your arrival, your reservation will be refunded.

– Less than 30 days before your arrival, your reservation will be partially refunded, with Riad Zhor retaining 30% of your reservation in this case.

– Less than 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be possible.
